A Traveling Life-saver June 12, 2009 Reviewer: Christian Thompson from Blue Bell, PA United States   After hearing about the HyperMac External Battery for the MacBook family on Engadget.com I knew it would be the perfect companion for my new MacBook Pro I'll be bringing with me on my travels in the coming weeks. Not only would this travel sized (100Wh model) device be perfect for my plane ride, but would also give me the freedom to compute without having to worry about where the nearest power outlet is. Whether around the airport or on the beach. This device works as advertised and is truly plug and play. On the side of craftsmanship, the device is made of high quality plastics and aluminum and feels sturdy in my hand. I feel that it will surely hold up to the bumps and jolts of everyday travel while in and out of my computer case. To close I would defiantly recommend this product to any road warrior or even just the average consumer that likes to use their MacBook without the worries of running out of juice while on the move.
